THE NUTRITIONIST BIT

The science behind your plate, minus the science lesson.

The tuna packs in plenty of protein, helping with fullness and supporting muscle maintenance during weight loss. The flatbreads provide carbohydrates for energy, while the mozzarella adds more protein + calcium. Cucumber and spring onion add a little fibre, crunch + variety.
